HEARING SET FOR MAN WHO DROVE INTO HOUSE

(Winchester, IN)--An initial hearing has been set for the Randolph County man who drove his SUV into a house and seriously injured one of two people inside.  30-year-old Ralph Mills allegedly drank a pint of vodka on his lunch break at work, was sent home, and drove with a blood alcohol content four times the legal limit last month.  Debra Holliday was sleeping inside and suffered a brain hemorrhage.  Mills has two previous DUI convictions.
