(Brookville, IN)--Yet another lawsuit has been filed in Franklin County over displays on the courthouse lawn.  The controversy began years ago over a simple manger scene.  Commissioners recently decided the lawn could be rented for various displays.  But now, the ACLU and the Satanic Temple are suing, saying it’s not fair that only individuals, and not organizations, can rent the spaces.  The Satanic Temple tried to rent space this past Christmas, but was denied.
