(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond heroin dealer was sentenced to ten years in prison Monday.  48-year-old Jeff Lane pled guilty to two counts in Wayne Circuit Court as part of a plea deal.  He was arrested in December when the county’s drug task force and the RPD SWAT Team raided Lane’s home on Richmond Avenue.  His criminal record includes two felonies and 13 misdemeanors.
