FOUR PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR SOUTH 23rd SHOOTING

(Richmond, IN)--The investigation into a shooting a year ago that resulted in three people being injured at a home at the end of South 23rd in Richmond has ended with the arrests of four people.  24-year-old Marcus Armstead of Richmond, 31-year-old Bryson Street of Connersville, and two others from out of our area allegedly stormed into a house to commit a robbery.  The investigation was made more difficult because victims and witnesses refused to cooperate.  Street has already been sentenced to 78 years in prison for a Connersville shooting.
