(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond teenager is facing a slew of felony charges after being taken into custody Tuesday. 18-year-old Tyler Stevens, who has no address, now faces charges that include robbery, burglary, possession of drugs and paraphernalia, and interfering with a 911 call. An initial report indicated Stevens was taken into custody at a pawn shop after being followed there by a witness who saw Stevens break into a home and take a TV.
