(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police are looking for someone who robbed an elderly man Sunday night and fled on a bicycle.  A man who said his name was Scott did some yard work at a home on South J Street.  When the homeowner took out his wallet to pay, 'Scott" snatched the entire wallet from the elderly man’s hands and then took off on a black and red mountain bike.  The homeowner was not injured.
