(Fort Lauderdale, FL)--There’s no word yet on whether or not there will be any local service for Tom Raper.  The former Richmond businessman died earlier this week in Florida.  There is a visitation and service scheduled for Saturday at a church in Fort Lauderdale, but there’s no mention in the obituary about any subsequent service in Richmond.  Tom Raper was 76.
