(Connersville, IN)--A Richmond man who shot people in both Richmond and Connersville has had some of his convictions overturned by an appeals court. Bryson Street is currently in state prison in Pendleton. He shot a Connersville man last year while committing a drug-related robbery. The appeals court ruled that the same evidence was used to get more than one conviction, violating Street’s rights against double jeopardy. Street will now be resentenced and will get much less than the 78 years he was originally given.
