(Eaton, OH)--A man in his 50’s was killed when he was struck by a train in Eaton at around 7 o’clock Thursday night. On Friday morning, investigators are said he intentionally stepped in front of the train. His name is not being released. Police Chief Chad Depew said the man stepped in front of the train near the crossing of Seven Mile Creek on Eaton’s west side. The incident brought the train to a stop and blocked nearly every crossing in the city for three hours, including Highways 35 and 127.
