(Eldorado, OH)--Preble County law enforcement said Monday that the fatal shooting of an armed home invader in Eldorado over the weekend was justified. "The resident's decision to fire at our victim was based on the fact that the victim was armed with a pistol. Based on what we know today, we don't see any issues with his decision to do that," said Sheriff Mike Simpson. 22-year-old Jacob Craft of Eaton was shot and killed. A male resident shot Craft when he came through a screen door and started yelling. The prosecutor has the final decision about criminal charges.
