(Whitewater Valley)--Strong storms laced with near golf-ball-sized hail brought damage to parts of the Whitewater Valley Monday afternoon. Large hail dented cars and homes across Richmond. In Eaton, hurricane-strength straight lines winds snapped off dozens of trees and tore shingles from roofs just across from Eaton High School. "It just turned white. The wind was blowing. The hail was falling. The rain was pouring. All you could see was shingles and all kinds of debris flying around," said one resident of State Road 732. No injuries were reported as a result of those storms.
