(Eaton, OH)--Testimony concluded Tuesday in the case of Chastity Hall. She’s the Preble County mother of two children who died in a fire earlier this year while she spent the entire night out drinking. Her defense, which left many courtroom observers shaking their heads, is that even if she would have been home, the kids would have likely died anyway. "Isn't equally likely there would be three bodies instead of two? For the state to conclude otherwise is sheer speculation," said her attorney. The judge is expected to release his verdict next week.
