(Richmond, IN)--There were at least four arrests for drugs and prostitution in Richmond late Tuesday night.  They happened just a few blocks north of Uptown.  26-year-old Sirgio Cunningham now faces two counts of dealing a narcotic drug.  28-year-old Christie Doerflein was jailed for prostitution and dealing, while 37-year-old Nikki Byard was busted for prostitution.  Tonya Taylor has bonded out after being arrested for patronizing a prostitute.
