(Richmond, IN)--The life of Richmond firefighter Bill McGathey Junior could change forever Friday.  That’s because McGathey has a one in five chance at winning $5 million.  McGathey’s non-winning Hoosier Lottery ticket was picked at random for a second-chance drawing.  Friday at 9:55 a.m., the lottery will draw one name from the five finalists.  You can catch the drawing live on Fox 59.
