(Richmond, IN)--One of the witnesses in the Kore Buchanan murder trial was found in contempt of court Wednesday. 19-year-old David Maish took part in the murder of Caleb Woosley. As part of a plea deal, he was required to testify. In Wayne Superior Court I Wednesday, Maish was evasive and admitted to lying on the stand. Judge Charles Todd immediately found him in contempt and sentenced him to six months in jail. Maish then launched into a profanity-laden tirade aimed at the judge and his mother.
