(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man went through the Rally’s drive-thru on East Main on a scooter.  Employees would later tell police that he was "acting cocky" and waving a gun.  Shortly after a call to 911, police found both a male and a female on the scooter.  The female had shoved the gun down her pants.  The gun was later recovered.  The couple’s name has not been released.
