(Richmond, IN)--There was another shots fired incident in Richmond Monday night. This time, it happened in the 100 block of North West H Street at around 8 o’clock.  Seven nine millimeter shell casings were recovered.  There were no reports of any injuries.  A video later surfaced that may have captured the car involved.  It shows a white Pontiac Grand Am.  Investigators do not know if it’s connected to other shots fired the night before on South 12^th.
