(Richmond, IN)--An incident briefly closed the Main Street Bridge in Richmond Wednesday morning.  At around 5:45 Wednesday morning, police responded to the area around the Family Video on the report of a man armed with a knife chasing a woman.  He ran a block north to the Main Street Bridge, where radio disptach traffic indicated he sat on the ledge and threatened to jump.  He was taken into custody and identified as 35-year-old Timothy Smith.  Smith had an outstanding warrant.
