(Roseburg, IN)--A Liberty man was in fair condition Tuesday at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton after being flown from the scene of a crash on State Route 101 in Union County Monday.  23-year-old Tyler Hertel crossed the center line just south of Roseburg into the path of 27-year-old Shelly Kopp of Metamora.  She was taken to Reid Health with minor injuries.  101 was closed for more than an hour.
