(Richmond, IN)--Police in Richmond were called to Springwood Park Tuesday afternoon.  According to dispatchers and witnesses, a nude or semi-nude female was being photographed in provocative poses on a small bridge near the playground, in broad daylight, with children playing nearby.  The elderly man who was taking the pictures was later found to have been previously charged with a sex crime.
