(Greens Fork, IN)--A Wayne County crash turned fatal Thursday.  23-year-old Gabrielle Cedras died an hour and a half after crashing on State Route 38 just east of Greens Fork.  Her car left the road for an unknown reason, went down an embankment, and struck a tree.  She was taken by air ambulance to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, where she died.  Cedras was not wearing a seatbelt.  There were no other injuries.
