(Richmond, IN)--A run-down house at 10^th and South B in Richmond was demolished Monday, and representatives from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann were on hand to watch.  $3.2 million has been allocated to Richmond to demolish homes on blighted properties.  The house that was taken down Monday had sat empty and unattended for the last seven years.
