(Fountain City, IN)--There was a drug bust on U.S. 27 in Fountain City Wednesday night.  A man later identified as 22-year-old Harvey Rubio of Hamilton was stopped.  Police found a duffle bag packed full of pre-packaged marijuana cookies.  The bag also contained a scale.  The exact amount of marijuana has not been released.  Rubio was in the Wayne County Jail Thursday morning.
