(Richmond, IN)--As the prosecution in the Deandre Plant murder trial began to present its case Tuesday in Wayne Superior Court I, one of the state’s key witnesses, and a participant in the murder of Caleb Woosley, once again refused to testify.  David Maish was again found in contempt Tuesday – just as he was in the trial of Kore Buchanan.  Maish was required to testify as part of a plea deal and will undoubtedly face additional prison time.  Jurors were instead shown a videotaped deposition of Maish.
