(Anderson, IN)--A former Test Intermediate School principal has pled guilty to child solicitation.  60-year-old Kevin Porter, who was working most recently as a teacher in Anderson, pled guilty last week as part of a plea deal.  He will be sentenced to a maximum of three years in two weeks.  Porter admitted to having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old student.  He said it happened because his wife was terminally ill.  Porter was never formally accused or charged criminally while working in Richmond.
