(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man with a history of drunken driving allegedly was so drunk Tuesday morning that he drove his car into his own house. 33-year-old Edward Sparks was taken to Reid Health and then arrested after crashing his car into his home in the 300 block of South 10th at just before 3 o’clock Tuesday morning. He was not seriously hurt. This is at least the 3rd OWI arrest for Sparks in the last four years.
