(Richmond, IN)--Shots were fired in a south-side Richmond neighborhood Tuesday morning. Those shots rang out in the 1000 block of South 5th. Multiple residents reported hearing arguing followed by the gunshots at around 1 o’clock Tuesday morning. Law enforcement indicates there were no injuries. Two men reportedly fled the scene. So far, no arrests have been made.
