ISP TROOPER SUED AGAIN FOR PREACHING TO SECOND WHITEWATER VALLEY WOMAN

(Connersville, IN)--An Indiana State Police trooper is now facing a lawsuit and other disciplinary action after allegedly preaching to people he pulled over.  A Fayette County woman claims Trooper Brian Hamilton asked her if she had been saved when he pulled her over earlier this year.  That’s virtually an identical allegation to one made by a Union County woman two years ago.  A lawsuit in the first case was eventually settled.  The new lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
