(Richmond, IN)--WCTV is working to upgrade its technology.  Tuesday, Richmond’s Redevelopment Commission addressed a request for $200,000 in Certified Tech Park funds that would help with the purchase of digital equipment.  That proposal was amended to $100,000 before gaining approval Tuesday.  WCTV has been an integral part of Richmond government with its live broadcasts of community meetings and other events.
