(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man and his fiancé were both in the Wayne County Jail Monday morning after an incident at the Veteran’s Memorial in the Whitewater gorge.  Police found 22-year-old Isaac Ellison and 18-year-old Kathleen Earley there just before dawn Sunday.  When police tried to arrest them for disorderly conduct, Ellison allegedly attacked an officer.
