(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond woman who was arrested just last month for dealing drugs and being in possession of a stolen RPD weapon was arrested again Tuesday at the Wayne County Courthouse.  28-year-old Khandyce Carico faces a brand new charge of dealing cocaine or narcotic drug.  Carico was taken to the Wayne County Jail, but she has once again bonded out.
