(Winchester, IN)--The Lynn woman who poured buckets of her own urine on her neighbor’s house escaped jail time Wednesday.  69-year-old Jackie VanTyle had her plea deal accepted.  It included two one-year jail sentences with all time suspended.  She’ll also have to pay $3100 in restitution.  VanTyle admitted to saving her own urine in buckets and pouring it on her neighbor’s house because she didn’t like him.
