(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man faces a host of criminal charges from an incident late Sunday night.  Police were called to the first block of South 20^th.  There, 29-year-old Jamison Ramsey was revived and then taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he’s charged with battery, criminal recklessness, and drug charges.  It’s the third serious incident in a two-block area this weekend.  There was a murder in the first block of South 19^th and then shots fired at South 19^th and B Sunday night.
