(Richmond, IN)--Richmond police were searching Monday night for a man walking around with his pants down near 13^th and East Main Street, but ended up catching a habitual drunken driver.  Officers never found the semi-naked man.  But, while they were searching, they did see 37-year-old Thomas York allegedly driving the wrong way on South 11^th.  York was stopped and blew a .213 – well over twice the legal limit.  York is a habitual traffic violator and was also arrested for theft.
