(Richmond, IN)--Two men escaped serious injury Tuesday night when they crashed and their vehicle burst into flames. It happened at around 10:30 near Stamper’s on Union Pike in Richmond. "The two gentlemen were out joy riding and ended up hitting the decorative rock, flipping the Jeep over onto its top," said Battalion Chief Jeff Glenn. Both occupants were able to get out before the Jeep caught fire. Neither was seriously injured, but the Jeep was a total loss.
