(Richmond, IN)--The man who was responsible for racial graffiti being written on his Richmond home and for a truck fire in his own driveway was sentenced Tuesday to four months behind bars. Jonathan Powell addressed Judge Darrin Dolehanty in Wayne Superior Court III and said that he takes full responsibility for his actions. He added that he’s not a bad person and wants to be a positive role model. After he serves his sentence here, Powell indicated he’ll go to Georgia to join his wife – former Richmond physician Dr. Myla Bennett.
