(Eaton, OH)--A 17-year-old Eaton girl and her dad are upset that an extreme case of road rage will not result in more serious charges. Kali Williams was headed home from Richmond when a man pulled up behind her and tapped her bumper. He then followed her all through Eaton into a more rural area. When she stopped, he allegedly pulled a knife. Police later arrested 70-year-old Pete Tucker, but he’s only charged with a misdemeanor. "I don't think it's being settled the right way. I think this guy should have to pay for what he's done, because he's messed with my life," Williams said. That’s Kali. Prosecutors say Tucker pulled the knife only with the intent to scare the girl – not to harm her.
