(Richmond, IN and Eaton, OH)--Storms that rumbled through the Whitewater Valley Wednesday night left some damage and power outages in their wake. There were still about a hundred customers of DP&L without power in Darke and Preble County at 6 o'clock Thursday morning. In Eaton, a glass door at a Speedway station was smashed and trees were down along Maple Street. "They heard that power line go down with that tree. And then, down the road, there was a tree that went down with the roots and everything," said Riley Curtis. In Richmond, a large tree was downed in the first block of South 18th. No injuries were reported.
