(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Community School Superintendent Todd Terrill had another year tacked on to his contract Wednesday night, but the vote was not unanimous. Terrill had received a vote of no confidence earlier this year from the teachers’ union. Wednesday night, the board voted 5-2 to extend his contract until 2019. Linda Morgason and Jeff Slifer cast the dissenting votes. Both cited concerns about protecting the district financially on a long-term basis. RCS will review the results of a recent climate audit at 5:30 Thursday afternoon.
