(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond drug dealer is beginning to serve an 11-year sentence after a two-year series of appeals that went all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court were exhausted. Back in March of 2014, investigators found 200 pounds of marijuana at the home of 46-year-old Mark Sekse, who lived in Lakengren at the time. Drugs were also found at his New Westville tree-trimming business. Sekse went through a series of appeals, which were all exhausted this week. Sekse has a lengthy criminal record that dates back at least to 1994.
