(Richmond, IN)--The Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce has a new leader.  The chamber announced Tuesday that Philip D’Amico has been hired as CEO and President.  D’Amico is currently the chief marketing officer for a firm in South Bend.  D’amico has been involved in business recruitment and growth initiatives there.  He’ll begin his role with the chamber at the first of next month.
