(Richmond, IN)--A traffic stop on South L Street near the Country Club Apartments in Richmond was anything but routine late Monday night.  Officers pulled over 26-year-old Alex Clay, who listed a Lexington, Kentucky address.  RPD found a Glock handgun and learned that Clay was a serious violent felon.  Clay originally refused to identify himself.  When he arrived at the Wayne County Jail and was searched, drugs were found.  Clay faces a host of felony charges.
