(Indianapolis, IN)--Indiana has a new governor. Eric Holcomb was sworn in Monday as Indiana’s 51st governor. Several Whitewater Valley representatives were on hand to hear Holcomb talk about efforts to improve the economy, schools, and to tackle the drug epidemic. Loretta Rush, who is a Richmond High School graduate and now the chief justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, swore Holcomb in. Former Indiana Governors Mike Pence, Mitch Daniels, and Evan Bayh were all on hand for the swearing-in.
