(Arcanum, OH)--Nine months after a fatal Darke County plane crash, a newly-released autopsy indicates that two young men who were killed both had drugs and alcohol in their system. 20-year-old Clayton Heins was piloting the plane when it went down near Arcanum last September. 19-year-old Jacob Turner was a passenger. Toxicology reports now show both victims had cocaine, alcohol, and Xanax in their systems. The NTSB still has not released the final report on the crash.
