(Richmond, IN)--Big book fee increases are coming to the parents of Richmond Community School students. The RCS Board Wednesday night approved a fee structure that will go into effect at the start of the upcoming school year. Some fee increases will be minimal, but some will go up as much as 70%. Generally speaking, fees will increase by about $45 per semester. The increase comes with the district’s introduction of laptop computers. The RCS Board agreed to absorb other costs to keep the increases as low as possible.
