(Richmond, IN)--Saturday marks the two-year point since 18-year-old Caleb Stevens was shot and killed inside his home in the 1600 block of South 13th Street in Richmond. The Richmond Police Department issued a statement Thursday saying that they’re still actively involving the unsolved homicide. There were not a lot of leads, but police did find drugs inside the home. This was Mike Britt with RPD two years ago. "I don't know if we can call it a drug house or not. However, after we obtained our search warrant and entered the crime scene and began our search, there were some illegal substances discovered," Britt said. The reward for information leading to an arrest has now exceeded $26,000.
