(Preble County, OH)--A crash on westbound I-70 in Preble County Wednesday backed up traffic for miles and put the integrity of the U.S. 127 overpass into question. A trucker suffered a seizure at around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon and crashed into a crossbeam of the overpass. "After about ten or 15 minutes of working on him, he did come back to. Once he came back to he was flown to Kettering Medical Center as a precaution," said Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper Frank Simmons. Engineers inspected the overpass. "We have ODOT inspectors inspecting the damage, but it doesn't appear to be anything significant," Simmons added. The 127 overpass was open Thursday morning. The trucker is recovering.
