(Richmond, IN)--A Williamsburg man was arrested Friday morning after allegedly trying to break into the Richmond home of a former girlfriend. According to police reports, children were present when an allegedly drunken 32-year-old Joshua Petitt began banging on windows in the 300 block of Garwood Road at around 1 o’clock Friday morning. Petitt then fled and was captured on nearby Hughes Lane. His charges include felony residential entry. No one inside was hurt.
