(San Juan, PR)--An RP&L crew has arrived in Puerto Rico to help with hurricane relief efforts. Now, the crew is awaiting the arrival of equipment. An RP&L truck is on a barge that’s nearing Puerto Rico. RP&L General Randy Baker said that he heard from FEMA this week. "They're trying to expedite some of the reimbursements for this whole project. Instead of waiting until the whole thing is over, we may be able to bill them in 30-day increments," Baker said. The crew could be working in Puerto Rico for as long as two months.
