(Richmond, IN)--One of the three men who robbed Phillips Drugs in downtown Richmond last summer has been sentenced.  Adrian Shoffner was sentenced in a Wayne County courtroom to 27 ½ years in prison.  Shoffner and two others entered Phillips last July with guns drawn and fled with narcotics.  They were caught a short time later.  No Phillips employees or customers were hurt.
